Overview

The Ivy will consist of one, five-story, elevator-served building containing 126 studio, one, two, three, and four-bedroom units as well as a community room, exercise room, management office, laundry room, computer room, and 9,700 square feet of commercial space over two levels of subterranean parking containing 138 parking stalls. The site will also be improved with a courtyard, playground, and 27 surface parking stalls. The buildings will be wood frame construction with stucco exterior walls. All of the units will be LIHTC -restricted to households earning at or below the 50 percent area median income (AMI) level, with the exception of two employee units.
