Mr. Gerber is a real estate development and investment professional with over $350M of acquisition, development, and disposition experience. Mr. Gerber started his career with San Diego based Oliver McMillian where he was immersed in the day-to-day activities of the company’s San Diego developments. He later served on San Diego’s Center City Development Corporation executive team overseeing all acquisitions and dispositions for downtown San Diego. Most recently, Mr. Gerber has turned to his attention to developing infill residential projects and consulting for an awesome affordable housing developer.
