Crest will consist of a newly constructed garden style development. Of the 100 units, 99 will be restricted at the 50 percent AMI level and one will be a non revenue manager unit.
Crest is a proposed affordable development that will target low to moderate-income households earning 50 percent (or below) of AMI. With the exception of the one manager unit, all of Crest’s rental units will be affordable units targeted to income-qualified households, with incomes ranging from $40,890 to $70,300.
