Leader of several groups, working in both national and regional projects. Worked 18 years in American Airlines which gave the knowledge and experience of connecting with internal and external clients, building relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.
Opened new positions among Mexican Republic and in countries like Venezuela, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Colombia, Peru and Bolivia. Experience handling promotions and loyalty programs for the Finance sector in Mexico such as Banamex, Scotiabank, HSBC, and American Express.
Cecilia has a Bachelor of Tourism Business Administration with a Specialty in High Management in Administration from the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte in Mexico City.
